Ofsted and Performance Data
Ofsted
Our last section 5 inspection took place on the 3rd and 4th February 2026. As you may be aware, Ofsted no longer uses the previous single-word judgements such as ‘Outstanding’ or ‘Good’. Instead, schools are evaluated across a range of areas with new gradings assigned. Ofsted have made it very clear that this new Inspection Framework is not comparable to the old one – indeed the bar has been raised. Therefore, please see the Parent Guide to the New Ofsted Report Card attached.
"Relationships between pupils and staff are consistently positive. Pupils are well cared for.
They behave well. They understand the school's high expectations of being ‘ready, respectful and safe’."-Ofsted
"As one pupil summed up, ‘This is a small school with a big family feel.' The school’s values
of courage, love, friendship, compassion, trust and perseverance are understood well and
strived for daily."
-Ofsted
"Children get off to a great start in the early years. They benefit from rich interactions that
help them to feel secure and to grow in confidence."
-Ofsted

SIAMS Inspection Report
The Statutory Inspection of Anglican and Methodist Schools (SIAMS) inspection focuses on the impact of the Church school's Christian vision on pupils and adults. This involves looking at the school’s Christian vision, the provision the school makes because of this vision and how effective this provision is in enabling all pupils to flourish. You can find a link to our most recent inspection below.
